What to expect?
Slow down and get inspired by the raw beauty of Northern Norway in this unique two-part experience.
We begin with a 1.5-hour guided nature meditation session with a certified nature meditation guide from Arctic Mindspace in the peaceful surroundings near the Atlantic ocean. Through a gentle walk and simple mindfulness practices—both in motion and sitting still—you’ll connect deeply with the landscape using your senses, without your phone. No previous experience needed.
After the nature experience, we’ll head to the cozy ceramics café Keramikk Kafé Blå, where you’ll enjoy tea, snacks, and creative time. Here, you’ll paint your own mug, plate, or bowl inspired by the colors, textures, and feelings from your time outdoors. Whether you’re drawn to soft tones, ocean blues, or mountain lines, this is a space to express what nature stirred in you.
This experience blends calm, creativity, and connection—with local atmosphere and a personal touch. You’ll leave with a handmade memory and a bit more stillness inside.
Since the ceramic piece needs a few days to be fired, it will be sent to you by mail afterward, or you can pick it up 3 days after the workshop. Shipping details and cost will be arranged directly with the café host.
